About The Neurothentic Network
Welcome to The Neurothentic Network! We are Deb, Gemma and Carleigh. 👋 Three parents who are neurodivergent and have neurodivergent children. We have been navigating a system that is fundamentally broken. From trying to get ADHD assessments to claiming benefits that our children are entitled to. It has been a battle every step of the way: and things still are not sorted. We aim to provide an inclusive space both online and in real life to offer support to others going through similar issues. Our goals are to provide support, advice, training and awareness. We aim to bring together other groups who are all trying to bring about change. Please note: We do not agree with behavioural therapy in any form. We believe that all children should be able to access diagnostic assessments and neuro-affirming therapy.
