The New Leaf Initiative C.I.C. is an award-winning prison to employment specialist operating in the West Midlands. New Leaf was born out of consultation, and is led by, the community we serve - and our aim is to hear, value and amplify opportunities for those communities. We provide a linear pathway for service users to support them into secure employment. This includes: - Motivational sessions - Vocational education delivery - Employment academies - Focus groups - Work experience and volunteering opportunities - Consultation We are partnering with employers and support agencies in and around the West Midlands Prison cluster with our tailored services which are contracted by three prison nationally, including two departure lounge contracts and an employment mentors contract.
