We are a new kind of creative agency that offers clients leading strategic and creative thinking coupled with the freedom to leverage 21st century technology in the most cost efficient way. Borne from the experience of working in big agencies we witnessed first hand the structural barriers of separate P&L’s that often got in the way of creating and delivering great ideas for clients. We spotted the opportunity to break free from the old agency model to create a new breed of agency of multiple disciplines - all available under a single P&L structure. Led by a senior creative, planning and account team we have a network of complementary, non competitive, specialist partner companies called The Neighbourhood. This fluid ‘talent network’ enables The Next Door to access the best in expertise from a diverse range of disciplines such as social media, technology, advertising production, PR, film content and music partnerships. The Neighbourhood further enables the agency to deliver global campaigns whilst maintaining complete control of creative execution across all platforms. To match our structure we are happy to offer clients a flexible and transparent approach to remuneration, simply charging creative, planning and account handling fees without mark-ups or additional charges for production or specialist outsourced services. We believe that clients want both great ideas and sound advice on how best to maximise the impact of their campaigns. Traditional agency structures, with competing specialist business units - each concerned about their own bottom line, often distort thinking across disciplines, meaning creative ideas lose their potency. Our aim is to work with clients who want world-class creative, crystal clear strategy and the freedom and fluidity to choose the channels and content that will allow brilliant ideas to thrive.
