We're a Microsoft Office training, consultancy and adoption company based in Brisbane, Australia. The Office Box delivers business focussed, modular, training and adoption services to organisations who want to get better, more tangible returns on their technology investments. Technology training and adoption has been stuck in the same rut for 20 years - send people away for a day's training in the chosen application and give them a 300 page manual. I'd argue that at best this method never really lived up to expectations and, at worst it never was the best way in terms of time/cost/benefit. The Office Box was created to do things a little differently - short, outcomes focussed training that your people will enjoy and learn. Over 15 years I have worked as a trainer, consultant, BA, manager and technical writer in and around Microsoft products. I know the Microsoft products inside out, I'm a Microsoft Certified Trainer and PROSCI certified change manager so I know how to do change and training that bring quantifiable benefits to both individuals, teams and organisations.
