About The One Heart Movement

The One Heart Movement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to advancing social and environmental well-being while fostering unity through the power of community love. Founded by TV host, humanitarian and former Miss Philippines International, Krista Kleiner, The One Heart Movement (TOHM) focuses on elevating our shared humanity. We collaborate with today’s top artists, researchers, and thought leaders to have a positive impact on society and our environment. On World Environment Day, June 5th, 2021, we launched a global initiative to plant the One Heart Forest in loving memory of the lives our world has lost to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since that time, we’ve expanded our vision to include planting trees and growing the One Heart Forest for the benefit of all those we love. We have one home and we’re all responsible to resolve our climate crisis, together. Our unifying program supports the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and is an expression of our commitment to take care of all life on Earth. Alongside the Chopra Foundation, we are a producing partner for a film starring Deepak Chopra on suicide prevention and recovery. Suicide is the second leading cause of death in the world for people from the age of 10 years old, with someone taking their own life every 40 seconds. We Are Never Alone examines the difficult questions of how to explain suicide, how to recognize suicidal tendencies, how to survive such a devastating loss, how to transform pain, and how to go on living with joy -- all in the context of a fictional story that is dramatic, heart-rending, and ultimately uplifting. We proudly sponsored the 2021 Asian World Film Festival, which represents over 50 countries, as well as the first Filipino American Creative Council Summit in Washington, D.C. in partnership with the Philippine Embassy and Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce.
