About The Open Door House
Our 12-18 month program provides supportive housing and services for young women ages 18-21 who have aged out of foster care, leading them to independence through biblically based mentoring, life skills classes, and structured programs. Our home is located in Historic Concord, a fantastic location for our young ladies to be able to walk to work or ride the bus. Our hope is each young woman will graduate our program physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. They will be prepared to lead independent lives, reversing the cycle of abuse, neglect, and poverty for generations to come.
