The Outfit is a collaboration of three commercial builders; George Ajjaka, Daniel Lees and Daniel Gallon. Our team of construction specialists has been specifically targeted for their extensive backgrounds in particular commercial sectors. By tailoring the team around the strengths of our individuals, The Outfit is able to take on commercial construction projects including fit out, refurbishment and construction works in office interiors, health and medical, hospitality, industrial and retail sectors. The Outfit has the capacity and structure to take on projects up to $5 Million delivered under tendered lump sum, construction management or design and construct contracts. Our previous clients include the likes of Boston Consulting Group, Healthscope, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Dexus and ISPT. The flat management structure and commitment of the directors to have a hands on involvement in all projects means our clients and architects have constant, direct access to the decision makers and the comfort of knowing their best interests are always at the fore during the planning and delivery of the works. The varied skills amongst The Outfit team allow the ability to think laterally in respect to construction techniques, including structural composition and services detailing, in order to identify value management opportunities and address project key drivers.
