Pad Group’s overall aim is to facilitate communication between your institution’s accommodation office, landlords in your region, as well as students. By providing a modern and easy-to-use online platform, we can advance the whole letting process: From the first listing of a property to the conclusion of a contract. We offer a bespoke solution for all the needs and requirements for any accommodation service. The Pad Group thus developed three distinct, yet easily combinable products: Studentpad, Hallpad and Studentlandlord; each of our systems were designed to optimize complex tasks and processes in letting student housing. The Pad Group endeavours to provide comprehensive and constantly up-to-date systems, of private student accommodation in your area (Studentpad), as well as powerful systems for managing on-campus student halls (Hallpad). We also maintain a platform that provides landlords with information on legal issues, help and advice, in the area of student housing (Studentlandlord).
