About The Painted Kitchen

The Painted Kitchen was founded by Terry Turpie and Gavin Robertson in 2017. They had decided that the time was right to continue the practices they had learned working with high end furniture and forge their own path into the world of bespoke cabinetry. Opening their first showroom in 2018 in the heart of Cupar only saw their reputation as a high-quality bespoke manufacturer of kitchens grow from strength to strength. A dedicated, multi-disciplined team have brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise, upholding the exacting standards set by the founders. In 2021 The Painted Kitchen were awarded the Handmade Kitchen Company of the Year in the Scotland Prestige Awards. It was such an honour to receive recognition for all the hard work up until this point. Rapid growth for The Painted Kitchen has allowed us to develop a new showroom adjoining our workshop in Ceres, Fife. Partnering with leading companies in the kitchen industry, we will be able to showcase our work while immersing our clients in the infinite world of bespoke manufacture.
