About The Palomar
Created by the team at Studio Paskin. Situated in the heart of Theatreland and Soho on Rupert Street, The Palomar's cuisine is influenced by the rich cultures of Southern Spain, Italy, North Africa and the Levant. At the front of the restaurant is our 16-seater zinc kitchen bar that overlooks the chefs and gives off an electric buzz, a mosaic marble floor leads to the dining room at the back. The intimate dining room has a reclaimed parquet floor, dark oak panelled walls, and banquette seating in royal blue leather. The kitchen is headed up by Head Chef, Dan Murray, who has created a unique menu by blending a modern approach to cooking with traditional techniques. The wine list has been carefully selected to represent a range of innovative boutique producers from across the globe, as well as a number of well respected grand marques. A ten strong cocktail list that changes regularly is also available.
