It trades through Majesa (its parent company) which has been specialising in Panamas for over 34 years. The brand stands uniquely hand made products, elegance, and fair trade. The founder Jenny, from Ecuador herself, and her daughter Mavi, use their unrivalled knowledge, experience and passion for their native Panama hat industry to provide the largest range of genuine Panama hats in the UK. “Every Panama we produce is a unique piece of headwear, it is ‘woven in Ecuador and hand-made in England’, using traditional hat-making techniques in our factory based Luton, the original home of hat making in the UK” We are passionate about the cultural heritage of both our Ecuadorian weavers and British hat makers. We have a strong ethical and fairly traded business approach.
