The Pathways Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that harnesses the power of sport, technology, and education to create pathways to opportunity, access and advancement for all. What We Do and Who We Support 1.) Athlete Career Transition- Our programs empower professional and collegiate athletes for success beyond the game by providing comprehensive support for their transition into future careers and life endeavors. In addition to essential skills training (full service career development support, AI readiness, communication skills, job search), we offer resources and guidance for athletes to enhance their small businesses. By focusing on holistic development, we prepare athletes to excel in their post sports careers and as leaders in the professional world 2.) Youth Development- At The Pathways Foundation, we offer a range of programs to support inner city youth, including AI Tech Education, financial literacy, career development, on the job skills training, continued education, and much more. Our programs are designed to use sports as a vehicle to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve. 3.)Athlete Led Non-Profits- We believe in the power of athletes to drive positive change, and our non-profit is dedicated to elevating the community-focused work of athlete-led non-profits. To achieve this, we collaborate to provide a holistic suite of resources designed to empower the youth they serve. Our support encompasses AI skills training, financial literacy workshops, career fairs, on-the-job training programs, continued education opportunities, and tailored career pathway development, all uniquely delivered through the lens of sports. This comprehensive approach enables these non-profits to maximize their effectiveness and co-create lasting impact in their communities
