The Peel Literature and Arts Review cultivates creative expression at Appalachian State University. As an entirely student-run organization, we rely on our innovative campus to help build a foundation for the arts in our community in any medium imaginable. So attend an open mic, sit in on a poetry slam, peel open our publication and SUBMIT TO THE PEEL. To receive a short critique about your submissions from the respective critique committee, submit before the initial deadline. All submissions will receive notification of acceptance or rejection at the same time, regardless of which deadline is submitted to.
