About The Penn State Learning Factory
The Bernard M. Gordon Learning Factory is the maker space for the Penn State College of Engineering. We also coordinate the largest multi-disciplinary client-sponsored capstone program in the world. Our resources are utilized by nearly 2,000 students per year for everything from Cornerstone (1st year) to Capstone (final year) courses to passion projects. Our current facility will be replaced in Fall 2022 with a 100,000 sf space committed to world class hands-on learning opportunities.
