Perfectly Flawed Foundation provides harm reduction, overdose prevention, education, peer support, and advocacy in North Central Illinois, with a focus on serving rural communities. We are committed to creating compassionate, non-judgmental spaces that empower individuals and families affected by substance use and stigma. Our services include: -Overdose Prevention Education & Training -Syringe Services and Safe-Use Supplies -FTIR Drug Checking and Naloxone Training & Distribution -Wound Care and Personal Hygiene Items -Peer Support -Service Navigation and Referral to Treatment -Support Groups and Community Activities We offer these services through walk-in centers, mobile units, and street-based outreach, meeting people where they are to ensure access to life-saving resources and support. At Perfectly Flawed, we believe in amplifying the voices of people who use drugs, valuing their lived expertise in designing, leading, and implementing services. We are non-clinical and focus on advocacy and empowerment rather than traditional treatment models. Founded by an individual with lived experience who didn’t resonate with traditional treatment or disease-based models, Perfectly Flawed challenges stigma by embracing strength, resilience, and individuality. We are advocates for change, creating inclusive spaces where recovery, harm reduction, and empowerment intersect.
