Our story began over 30 years ago in 1986 as a not-for-profit organisation starting out in Wodonga, North East Victoria. Of course during this time we have changed a little – we have grown, updated our logo once or twice, and conquered many challenges that have come our way. But one thing has always stayed the same – supporting people to get a job. Our goals are simple: To get everyone who comes to us and want to work, a job. Every person who works at The Personnel Group is driven by our overall purpose, which is Creating Equality Through Employment. Our organisation values are based around passion, fairness and challenging the status quo and we are careful that we employ great staff who have the same values also. The Personnel Group has recently moved to the eastern coast of NSW offering disability employment services. This expansion is due to us being rewarded by the government for our 30 year history of success and sound reputation for assisting job seekers to find and keep a meaningful job. Moving forward, we’re excited to deliver our new model, My Future My Choice which drives individualised outcomes and supports success. We really do believe that if you have a disability or mental health condition and would like to work, then we are the best organisation that can help you.
