Launched IWD 2025 - the social community for working age women in the UK. A new online social community of amazing women looking to support each other through the challenges facing modern day women. No cost, no commitment. Free of Musk and Meta influence. Community rules: This short list of simple rules are designed to make this community a safe and supportive environment, full of trust and vulnerability. 1. Empathy first Post and comment from a place of empathy and assume others have done the same. It is easy to misconstrue written words and misinterpret intention. Always assume the intention is empathetic. 2. Respectful Please ensure communication is respectful at all times. No insulting, demeaning, insulting or harassing language will be acceptable. Suggestions should be constructive and aimed at helping and improving, rather than disparaging others. 3. Judgement free This community is a safe space where members can share their experiences and concerns without fear of judgement. A place to embrace openness, vulnerability and transparency without fear of criticism or negative assumptions. 4. Confidentiality and privacy Everything posted within the community remains confidential and should not be shared outside of the community. Without the ability to post anonymously on this platform, trust, openness and authenticity are paramount for the community's success. 5. No selling or advertising If requested, genuine recommendations are encouraged. If recommending a person or business please also state your relationship to / experience with them. 6. Keep it relevant We don't want to be prescriptive about what topics can be discussed, but please make sure all posts are relevant and pertinent for working age women. Remember we are geographically spread, at different stages of life, from different walks of life. Womanhood is our commonality.
