About The Photo Department

The Photo Dept is an off-shoot of my love of all things photographic. I have been shooting images since I was 13 and have enjoyed passing that down to my youngest son who started at 10. I enjoy shooting anything that will sit still for 1/60th of a second or longer except for weddings. Studio or location work makes no difference to me. The challenge of getting the images I want or you need into the camera is something that will never bore me. Look at the images on one or both of my sites and let me know what you think. Let me know if we can create images for you. We shoot in Virginia and the Carolinas mainly, but have a passport and will travel anywhere not on the US State Dept "Do Not Travel" list.
