About The Physics Corner Tuition Centre

Here at The Physics Corner, our lessons include in-class practical segments in trickier topics like kinematics, electricity and magnetism. These help students visualise abstract concepts and enhance their understanding through real-life applications. With a small class size of no more than 8 students, every student will get the attention needed. The small class size also means we can easily customise the learning to each individual student, as well as carry out our Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) visual learning method. The Physics Corner is founded by Mr Alex Teng, who has more than 12 years of teaching experience in 'O' Level Physics and Lower Secondary Science. Over the years, he has mentored students in Science projects, conducted Applied Learning Programmes (ALP) in Science for the lower secondary level, and has taught students with varying ability levels in various MOE and IP schools. He believes that teaching and learning should be dynamic and fun to engage learners with different learning styles and abilities.
