About The PILATES Room
The PILATES Room and AntiGravity® Studio, located in Ithaca, NY, is more than just a fitness center. We provide physical rehabilitation, post-rehab transitional instruction, and specialized instruction for various special populations and contraindications. Our instructors are Pilates and AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness professionals with hundreds of hours of Pilates Teacher Training, in addition to their backgrounds from other therapeutic and medical fields. Our certified Pilates instructors include a massage therapist, a physical therapist, a former nurse and a physical therapy doctoral candidate. Our group conditioning programs include everything from work on the mat, to economical small-group training on the Reformer, and on all apparatus in our Studio Circuit classes. The PILATES Room and AntiGravity® Studio is the flagship studio for Pilates Associates Teacher Training Institute (PATTI).
