The Planning Studio is a town planning, social strategy and engagement consultancy supporting governments, the private sector and communities in 'joining the dots' between policy, projects and people to build equitable, connected, sustainable and generous places. Our team are industry leaders offering significant experience across a broad portfolio including development assessment, social value and impact assessment, statutory planning, strategic landuse and infrastructure planning, social, cultural and community strategy development, urban research and engagement. We are also experienced and trusted advisors to local and state government, NGOs and private sector clients. We work with them to coach and build capacity resulting in meaningful outcomes for the projects, organisations and communities. We work in partnership with clients and design teams to secure development approvals for large and small, high quality residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects and work with the private sector and community housing providers to secure much needed affordable and lower cost housing. To support urban and regional projects into delivery, we have established strong partnerships with like-minded consultancies to develop bespoke, meaningful and measurable strategic frameworks and implementation pathways and broaden the skills and services we offer.
