About The Powershop
Since its foundation in 1990, The Powershop has slowly evolved into one of the best known companies for supplying electricity for festivals and big events. For supplying electricity for big events like Rock Werchter, Pinkpop, Lowlands, Pukkelpop…etc., a lot has to be done. For the realization of these events, The Powershop uses generator sets and numerous electrical distribution boxes and cables for the distribution of the required power. Also many football matches and big sports manifestations like the Final of the Champions League in Moskow, the Memorial Ivo Van Damme, the European Super Cup in Monaco are supplied of electricity through The Powershop. The power for Chanel, Hugo Boss, Dries Van Noten and other fashion shows in Paris is also supplied by The Powershop. For all these activities we need a lot of material. This is why we created a production department, where we build generator sets, distribution boxes as well as cables. These products are used for personal use, are rented or sold to third parties. Clients can place their orders for any of the following: distribution boxes, hoist controls, dimmers, power supply for OB vans, video walls , mobile kitchens…
