We offer Creative Plan Design, Cost-Effective Vendor Selection/Monitoring, HR support, Trustee Direction, and most importantly, Personal Financial Advice for Participants. We manage all the major components of a qualified retirement plan (Custodial, Record Keeping, Compliance, and investment Advice). We make every effort to work with local vendors to provide the highest level of customer support. Our employee advice/education fees are determined by number of actual participants and locations. We are totally disengaged from the standard practice of "asset growth/flow." Our belief is that plan sponsors/participants have a right to know what their fees are for all services and what impact those fees have on their investment returns and total loan/distribution expenses. This "transparency" is not only necessary, but it is Federal Law (see 408(b)2/404(a)5 of the IRS code).We work with the plan sponsors to make absolutely sure that their annual expenses are "reasonable" in relation to plan asset size, locations, and participants. The most important piece of our mission is to educate the employees in the ways of the financial world. Meetings might touch on mortgages, estates.wills, car loans/leases, life insurance, college funding, long-term care,actual retirement, as well as investments. The burden of retirement funding has been placed on the employees after years of employer responsibility.
