This protects the client if we are unable to find them savings then they don't have to pay anything no matter how many hours we put in to the project. We charge a percentage of the savings. Again, our client is fully protected no savings equals no fee. Working on a pay for performance fee structure, our consultants have saved clients an average of 20% - 30%. No Savings = No Cost - 100% Risk Free Zero Risk: If no savings or refunds are identified and realized, you will not owe any fees whatsoever. Zero Out of Pocket Cost: We do not start invoicing you for our portion of the savings or refunds realized until the end of the first month after the money is back on your organization's balance sheet.
