Consulting: Using healing justice and social change frameworks that are rooted in racial and gender equity, The Race and Gender Equity project provides education, training, coaching, strategic planning and evaluation services. Our participatory model will help you connect authentically with the communities you serve in order to truly make a long term difference. Coaching: Dr. Stacey Chimimba Ault provides executive leadership and personal coaching, rooted in healing justice and social change. Dr. Ault's clients are change makers of color navigating life and promoting equity; as well as white allies that want to incorporate racial and gender equity into their work. Learn how to tap into your unique strengths, identify personal obstacles, effectively use your anger, address imposter syndrome, move courageously and engage in critical self-care.
