In 1983, when RAM developed the Maine Outlet, a purpose built factory outlet center, it was the first outlet center in Maine, and among the first 20 in the country. In the decades to follow, RAM would expand its portfolio to include residential communities, retail centers, and office and industrial facilities throughout New England and South Florida.
