Our services include job seeker strategizing, resume feedback and writing, cover letter support, networking recommendations, pitch and interview preparation, and offer evaluations and negotiations support. Career Coaching can be done 1:1 or via various workshops offered throughout the year virtually and throughout the local San Diego area. We partner with experienced recruiters from some of the most competitive companies, with a breadth of role exposure, to help you get quality attention and advice. We are passionate about creating a future workforce that is inclusive and diverse. How we do that is working with a diverse client group and ensuring that they land in their dream jobs with offers worthy of writing home about. College grads and transitioning military are our speciality, but we also have helped re-entering parents, educators, and more!
