The Recruitment Solution (TRS) is the new name that’s bringing a fresh attitude to the recruitment industry. Our Directors, Andy Clark and Daniel Walton have built very successful careers within the sector, with a combined 30 years recruitment experience working predominantly within motor trade recruitment but also working within finance recruitment, government and senior management. “We knew there was a better way for the recruitment businesses to work. Technology and social media have changed the world, and the wider recruitment industry, yet most recruiters haven’t kept pace - until now”. TRS launched in 2016 to inject a sophisticated, forward-looking approach into professional hiring. We have a fabulous team, modern offices and facilities with training and meeting rooms, the latest CRM and candidate search software as well as an excellent marketing department. We are well connected, resourceful and more tech-savvy in the way we bring candidates and clients together. We’re better connected in the social space.
