The Refinery is a membership-based entrepreneurial growth community based out of Travelers Rest, SC. The Refinery is located in The Offices On Eleven building. It consist of a training room that fits 40 people and a podcast studio. There are three levels of membership: Community - Mentorship - Coaching. Members get access to multiple workshops and business training boot camps to advance their lives and businesses. The four pillar trainings are: Marketing - Sales - Vision Casting - Emotional Intelligence. The Marketing training helps entrepreneurs develop a marketing strategy and intelligently position offers to create a buyers journey. It also helps busy business owners establish a rhythm for creating and posting social media content that grows a target audience. The sales training uses Paul Martinelli's Signature Sales training that gives people an ethical way to close sales. The vision casting taps into the power to create. The emotional intelligence teaches resiliency and self-management. There are monthly networking events that include empowerment mindset discussions. All members get access to the Leaders Fuel Entrepreneurial Success System along with Nitro Boost events connected to this system. All training takes place in-person and the teaching content of the training is available to members online as well. In addition to the training space, there is also a The Refinery Studio. Mentorship and Coaching member get studio access. We are also able to fully produce and distribute podcasts for members or non-members in The Refinery Studio. Two episode or four episode per month packages are available. This includes full production, editing, industry specific captions, hashtags and placement of long video placement on YouTube and short videos on TikTok, IG, FB, and LinkedIn. Podcast audios are published to Anchor. The Refinery Studio is also professionally designed for recording audio books and teaching videos for online courses.
