About The REIQ
RTO Code 5420 The REIQ is the peak body of the Queensland real estate industry – committed to ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and best practice are achieved. With almost a century of experience in Queensland real estate, few associations hold the reputation and brand recognition of the REIQ. Today we represent approximately 2,000 agency offices and more than 15,000 property professionals which include principal licensees, salespeople, property managers, resident unit managers, auctioneers, business brokers, buyers’ agents and commercial and industrial agents. This equates to about 85 per cent of real estate agencies across the State. Professionalism and best practice are values advocated by the REIQ. Setting industry benchmarks and providing consumers with informed choice is the focus of our accredited agency program. The REIQ exists to support member agencies with information, products and resources that complement their business practices which, in turn, ensures professional service for the public across the State.
