About The Resilience and Wellbeing Company
Since 2018 we have specialised in delivering accredited Mental Health Training to organisations and individuals across all sectors and at all levels, in that time we have delivered hundreds of courses to over 3300 people supporting them to learn the vital skills needed to support wellbeing and the mental health of themselves their work colleagues and those in their communities. Our principal trainer, Adrian Thomas delivers hands on to organisation and we work with trusted associates to deliver on larger group projects. Adrian’s background also allows him to deliver engaging and thought-provoking talks on the impact of mental ill health as well as designing and delivering bespoke session on mental health. We have a network of instructors that are fully accredited with MHFA England to deliver courses, and all have delivered with our principal trainer to ensure our standards are met. We are accredited to deliver the world-renowned Resilience Doughnut and The Mindfulness Now programmes to support you and your people We make sure our values of honesty, integrity, openness, curiosity, and respect are maintained in all we do, and we look for those same values in our partnerships.
