About The Resilience Group

The Resilience Group is the professional partnership of Dr. Jane Shure and Dr. Beth Weinstock, providing leadership coaching, professional development training, and inspirational keynote presentations. A primary focus of the Resilience Group is to help clients identify the factors that inhibit their confidence and success, and then empower them to boost self-confidence by learning strategies to enhance self-awareness, effectively manage stress, increase positive self-talk, and expand communication skills. Client results include a greater ability to bounce back from disappointments, move past what isn’t working, make difficult decisions, bolster self-confidence and fortify one’s leadership presence. The Resilience Group has programs that address the special challenges facing women in positions of leadership and influence, and also offers workshops focused on empowering women the workplace and in personal life too. Beth and Jane have PhD’s in Group Psychology and Organizational Dynamics, and each maintain a private psychotherapy practice in addition to their leadership development and coaching work. They speak at conferences, lead personal growth retreats, teach on college campuses, and write for the Huffington Post.
