The Resistance Reframe supports you to get unstuck by working with (not against) resistance - without having to start from scratch. We often see resistance as the "problem" when it comes to personal growth, achieving our goals, etc. However, what I want to propose is that our resistance, far from being the problem, actually shows us the path that we need to walk to get where we're trying to go. I offer support to individuals who feel stuck on their own health and wellness journeys in addition to the professionals that support them. That includes anyone from personal trainers to therapists to coaches to medical professionals and everything in between. Whether I’m helping you to navigate your own stuckness or your clients’, the perspectives and tools I offer are intended to serve as a support to the work you’re already doing.
