About The Rock Project

With over 16 years of experience in teaching and inspiring young people and adults all over the UK and beyond, The Rock Project has soon become one of the largest networks in the country for sociable music lesson providers with almost 90 schools. Students learn either guitar, bass, drums or vocals weekly from professional, gigging musicians in a sociable and inspiring environment, before moving on to put into practice what they’ve learnt together in a band rehearsal. Our ultimate aim is to work towards the huge annual End of Year Gigs which are hosted in some of the counties best independent grassroots music venues such as The Fleece in Bristol and The Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth. We teach guitar, bass, drums and vocals for students aged 7-11, 11-18 and even run an ‘Encore’ group for adults! Each of our sessions are suitable for all abilities, and you don’t need your own instrument! Each session offers a FREE taster session to begin with, so what are you waiting for? LEARN | PLAY | GIG The Rock Project is a franchisor with 85+ sessions across the country and beyond. We are proud to work with tens of innovative and inspirational franchisees across our network, and currently have over 300 tutors teaching our vast number of students.
