The Rooted Path is run by two experienced Professional coaches, Lee and Nicola, who share a passion for personal development, team growth, and the incredible benefits of time spent outdoors. Our Team days incorporate a range of team building activities and outdoor pursuits, including Axe throwing, Woodland challenge, Yoga, Meditation and Bush craft amongst others. All away days are centred around purposeful group Coaching sessions, offering a structured, supportive space for open dialogue, team development, and real team connection, with every session tailored to reflect your organisation’s goals.
