Our commercial real estate portfolio encompasses over 1.7 million square feet of award-winning office, industrial, retail, self-storage (ValuSpace®), and urban mixed-use/multifamily properties as well as the company’s own flexible workplace brands, Hone Coworks and Launchbox Flexible Warehouse Suites. Environmental stewardship is a driving principle of our real estate practice, realized by favoring infill and adaptive reuse projects in locations offering walkability and access to mass transit (“place”); incorporating amenities that empower tenants to be more sustainable (“practice”); and developing more resilient, energy-efficient, zero-emission buildings with onsite renewables (“performance”). Rosenblum’s high-performance projects include the first all-electric midrise multifamily building (Industrie Apartments) and first net-zero warehouse (Launchbox) in the Albany area.
