In projects or decisions that raise public concern, we use proven techniques for incorporating public values into the decision processes. Dr. Rozelle has facilitated a consensus or designed effective participation strategies for more than 400 forums, advisory committees and work groups. A past-President and founder of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Marty is a recognized leader in public participation, and specifically in facilitation and consensus building. Early in her career, she developed a new conflict resolution technique, the Public Values Assessment. The Rozelle Group has successfully assisted governments and utility companies to locate facilities opposed by local communities, streamline complex decision processes, and incorporate public opinion into public policy. We also offer training seminars in the design and implementation of successful public participation and communication processes. Workshops are customized for industry or governments with problems that cannot be solved by traditional public relations or public affairs practices.
