About The Rural Planning
Established in 2020, The Rural Planning Co team are building a specialist niche consultancy in the agricultural, equestrian, rural business and rural residential sectors. Based in the Midlands, we offer both strategic advice and a full range of planning services to private clients, estates and rural businesses across England and Wales. We also work closely and alongside a range of rural professionals including farm business consultants, land agents and solicitors providing strategic advice for their own clients and projects. Planning is the foundation for rural development and knowledgeable experienced planning advice is the key to enabling agricultural businesses to be successful, for rural businesses to start and flourish and to enable homes to be built in the countryside. For clients our focus is technical excellence which we achieve through investment in professional and personal development, continual internal CPD and research and by tackling and learning from challenging situations and applications. Internally we strive to deliver outstanding customer service, particularly in communication, speed of service, fee transparency and personable relationships. In 2023 we aim to build our models and opportunities for ‘positive planning’. Creating and putting together planning proposals which local individuals, communities and planning authorities can support by providing as many opportunities for enhancement and positive contributions to the rural environment. Organisations we are going to support through sponsorship and charity for the 2023 year are: Young Farmers Clubs Farm Community Network
