The Safe Woman provides practical, pro-active safety workshops for women in the work place' It’s designed to empower, not alarm and it’s always rooted in respect, not blame. We also offer a self-paced digital course launching October 2025, perfect for workplace wellness and professional development programs. These classes are adaptable to women of all ages, body types, fitness levels, and abilities, including those with disabilities or mobility challenges. All training is designed to fit within the context of everyday life, whether at work or in social settings. We aim to create a supportive movement where women feel empowered to navigate their environments safely, backed by the solidarity of other women in The Safe Woman movement. We envision a world where every woman feels confident, capable, and prepared to take control of her personal safety without sacrificing her lifestyle, femininity, or style.
