For too long, sales has been seen as a dirty word and a career that people ‘fall’ into rather than a profession of choice. Through my teachings and unique insights, I seek to change this, one sales team at a time. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with large listed and privately-owned organisations to improve their sales performance. I am known for ensuring the sales process enriches both the salesperson and the customer. My passion for salespeople and sales leaders to ‘show up’ differently is underpinned by my Pathway to Enrichment philosophy which is grounded in behavioural modelling and neuroscience, enabling teams to take different actions to achieve results consistently and effectively. As Founder and Managing Director of The Sales Doctor, I consult closely with key client stakeholders to create bespoke programs fit for purpose. I am well-known for having profound impacts on sales teams and have guided many to hit sales targets completely out of the park, well before they expected to.
