ABOUT US Founded in December 2014, ConnectionHealth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. We are uniquely positioned as one of the few organizations in the state focused on recruiting, training, employing and deploying Community Health Workers (CHWs) to serve Alabama’s most vulnerable populations. OUR MISSION To improve the health outcomes and quality of life for underserved communities in Alabama by training, employing, and deploying dedicated Community Health Workers. WHAT WE DO Training: We provide comprehensive training programs for aspiring Community Health Workers, equipping them with the necessary skills to make a meaningful impact.
