About The School of Modern Meditation
The School of Modern Meditation is the first of its kind in New Zealand. We are an online and in-studio school that offers accessible instruction and simple ways to practice powerful and transformative inner-work modalities with the support of experienced facilitators. ONLINE: We offer live sessions of breathwork and meditation throughout the day, easily accessible from anywhere in the world. All our online classes are either 30 or 45 minutes and are suitable for new and experienced students as a way for poeple to practice in real time, with real teachers and community. IN-STUDIO: We offer montly immersions and courses in breathwork and meditation and also foundational yoga, Qi Gong and more. We also have one of the most in-dpeth, comprehensive and easily accessible mediation and breathwork programs that can be implemented seamlessly into any sized company. This program gives employees access to daily, live classes, courses and workshops that teach tangible tools that transfer into life. We also run 1:1 and group alcohol education programs and two sobriety focussed programs: My Sober Year and The Alcohol Reset - both aimed at supporting people drink a little or a lot less. We are a school that encourages and teaches ways to live in the world more consciously, connected and creatively.
