Our vision at the Scrum Academy is that everyone anywhere can do better Scrum. We’re your partner to help you do better Scrum. Our mission is to show you how to close the gap between what you are doing today with Scrum and what you could achieve in the future. The Scrum Academy designs fun, immersive and interactive courses, training and workshops to help you and your teams solve your most pressing problems. We do this in three ways: 1) Scrum Alliance certifications: we provide training and continuing education to support Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers over the course of their careers. Learn the skills that will accelerate the impact Scrum has in your organization. 2) Scrum Team tune-ups: many Scrum Teams struggle using Scrum because most have never seen what “good Scrum” looks like. Our Scrum Team tune-ups are designed to show your teams how to improve Sprint Planning, Product Backlog refinement, Retrospectives, writing user stories and other common Scrum Team activities. 3) Custom training & workshops: if our Scrum certification courses or tune-ups don’t suit your specific needs or you have multiple teams to train, we can design a custom course and/or workshop. With over fifteen years of experience, we can carefully craft a curriculum that meets your organization’s requirements.
