About The Self-care Journal
There's something about putting pen to paper that seems to embed things in your mind in a totally different way to typing on a screen. For notebook and journaling lovers out there, a new journal can be the start of prioritising your wellbeing, planning an amazing adventure, learning a new hobby, taking on a challenge, preparing for a new job, organising your time or in exploring difficult feelings. I have designs for personalised notebooks that cover all of these things and more, making them wonderful gifts for loved ones, colleagues, friends...and yourself of course. Perhaps you'd like to gift new starters in your company with a personalised notebook that lets them know they've totally got this, or maybe you're on the lookout for a colleague leaving/retirement gift. I'd love to help with this if you had something different in mind to what you see on my website. Writing for grief is my passion which is why I have created some gently guided grief journals. If you're looking for a gift for a colleague who is grieving and would like a thoughtful alternative to flowers, my grief journals and notebooks offer something a little different and comfort over time. My baby loss memorial grief journals have been incredibly carefully put together with the wonderful support of bereavement midwife, Kelly Harris. They are available for anyone who has lost a precious baby and would like to explore their individual grief through writing. If you work for a baby loss charity, you are a bereavement midwife, or a bereavement counsellor, I'd love to hear from you to discuss working together.
