The Site Foreman, headed up by Stephen Moore as Managing Director, launched thirteen years ago and is now a leading group of Sydney's Inner West-based residential architects and construction project managers, that specialise in architectural design, tender and project management. From its home of Sydney’s Inner West, The Site Foreman services a broad range of clients locally and along the eastern seaboard from the Northern Beaches, through the upper and lower North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs to the Sutherland Shire. Custom new home designs, major renovations, alterations and additions is the core of the business, with a fast developing portfolio of medium density and multi-residential projects. The flexibility of the business model and the adaptability of the packages means that, if you have DA approved or Certificated Complying Development (CDC) plans you can engage us and take advantage of our Tender Management Package. Also offered is a complete range of additional services which include; Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Quantity Surveying & Heritage Reporting. A straightforward and unique step-by-step system is offered which breaks the process of building or renovating into easy to handle stages. Architectural Design is stage 1, Tender Management is stage 2 and Project Management of the build is stage 3. Each stage is packaged up with set inclusions that are necessary to complete that stage. Each package is a fixed price based on the specifics of each project. The Site Foreman's team of talented professionals in residential architecture, construction project management, financial management, and client services successfully deliver an average of 100 projects a year to very happy clients.
