I can offer the following services for your business: • Microsoft 365 setup and administration, including integrating your internet domain and email. • Google Workspace setup and administration, including integrating your internet domain and email. • Advice and implementation of backup systems and anti-virus solutions, ensuring your precious data is safe (and recoverable) in the event of a disaster. • SharePoint Online setup and administration. • Email account administration. • Computer purchasing advice, setup, and ongoing support. • Software purchasing advice, setup, and ongoing support. Our fees are either hourly or daily and can be negotiated based on the complexity of the job required. It’s also possible for larger projects to be charged as an inclusive package price. We also offer packages for the ongoing support of your systems at a monthly fee with a tailored number of support hours included.
