About The Smart Project
The Smart Project is a creative after-school program created to connect teens in grades 8-12 with artists, designers, and photographers in DFW. The program will work with mentors to offer artistic learning workshops and demonstrations. To ensure a future for young artists, mentors will work with grade students through a creative readiness framework. TSP mentees will be able to solve creative problems within a flexible curriculum. To ensure student success, written and visual documentation will be kept. Teens will work alongside professional mentors in order to grow creatively.
