About The Social Care Community Partnership
The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP) is both an award winning registered provider of social care services and a social care recruiter. Established in April 2006 and run by professionally qualified staff we have built a reputation on quality, diversity, reliability and continuity of care. Providing recruitment solutions alongside registered social care services makes us a unique provider in the field. Our experience of providing both services gives us a strong insight into the everyday needs of our clients and service users. By understanding the very nature of the job that they are required to do, results in us being able to recruit the most appropriately skilled candidates for our clients. A key skill lies in our partnership approach with local authorities. By becoming an external part of their management teams we get to understand the exact nature of what is required allowing us to develop services and recruitment solutions around their individual needs. Working closely with local government bodies we continually strive for improvements in our sector and we are delighted to be able to contribute towards a better future in Scotland. These partnership approaches were recognised by the SSSC when we were acknowledged for our outcomes at the care accolades. A Better Scotland for our Children In association with Scottish policy we are committed to addressing the challenges faced by children and young people who experience poor outcomes throughout their lives. In partnership with Local Authorities we strive to develop services that are child-centred, responsive and early intervention is at the heart of every service we deliver. Many of the services we deliver have a joined up approach as many of the children and young people cross into other services. We always utilise where appropriate the same members of staff’s ensuring that the child’s journey of care and support has strong continuity resulting in much improved outcomes.
