About The Sophie Clarke Foundation

By collaborating with and funding mental health and suicide prevention charities that are taking a proactive and preventative approach to the crisis, we are determined to make a real difference to the UK's mental health and resilience. We have recently partnered with WFCS, an organisation that provides low- and no-cost counselling services to those in need, who would otherwise be unable to access mental health support. Together we are working to launch a transformative programme that will empower the communities within schools, universities and workplaces to look after their mental health and access the necessary emotional support. While The Foundation runs a variety of inclusive fundraisers that encourage participants to look after their own mental wellbeing, we are thrilled by any and all offers of individual fundraising.
