On our site you will have the opportunity to read about Springerle and their relation to family and heritage as well as how to bake them. Original old wooden molds are shown, some with their owners and histories. Exact replicas of some of these molds can be ordered. Food safe and FDA approved materials are used to make our unique molds. Our molds are produced here in America by our family. Classes are also available to those interested in adding something quite different and unique to their menu. Some folks that have attended my class have begun their own Springerle cookie businesses.
